Register for the Experience
Parents tell us they love the car rides home from VBS. The excitement from the back seats makes the experience worth the late nights- from the stories to the skits to the bounce house- there's something for every child to love.
Whether on a roller coaster, doing a handstand, or playing on a jungle gym, children love being upside down.
Each night we'll look at how being upside down changes your perspective, letting you see the world from a whole new view, and most importantly, we'll focus on the One who shook it all up. Your children will also enjoy crafts, snacks, skits, and games while you enjoy some focused time in God's word with other parents and adults. What does an upside-down world really look like? Are we currently living in one? Should we be? Mark your calendar to be with us each evening July 16-19th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. |
You can arrive to VBS as early as 6:15 PM each night to register and get a few extra minutes of visiting in.
It is important to us to spend time together as a church family, so we will worship together for a few minutes before breaking into our groups.
At 6:50 PM ages 4 through 6th Grade will head to the activity center to enjoy a rotation of lessons, crafts, games, and snacks. There they will make their way to the top of the activity center to hear an upside down story.
Meanwhile, our teens will travel to an offsite location for time together in God's word. They will be earning stickers along the way for each night (four more stickers to add to their water bottles).
Adults will enjoy time together in a class taught by a rotation of men in our church family.
Babies and toddlers will be welcome in the cradle roll where loving teachers will introduce them to God and how wonderful He is as they sing songs and play together. This will also give parents time to focus during their class.
At 8:10 PM we will all come back together as a family in the auditorium for a skit followed by closing worship.
There will be something for everyone. Bring yourself, bring your children, and invite someone- a friend, a teen, or an older adult to come with you.
At 8:30 PM we will wrap up so you can head home and get your kiddos in bed so they are well rested for their summer day and another night of VBS. Enjoy the car ride home by talking about what each of you learned.
We love that everyone will be experiencing the same lessons.

A Look at Last Year's Teachers
Miss Linda and Miss Victoria
Wives, mothers, and Christian sisters- while these two ladies bring different years of experience to the table, they both are passionate about the Lord and about children. Miss Victoria is a stay-at-home mom who spends her time cooking for her family, keeping their home, and spending time with her two little girls and husband. Miss Linda is retired and enjoys traveling, working with World Bible Institute, and spending time with her husband, children, and grand children. They are both excited to bring your children a lesson from God’s word. |
Miss Linda and Miss Susan
Miss Linda and Miss Susan share years of VBS teaching experience together. Children can often find them in fun costumes and elaborate decorations to help make the best learning experience as possible. Miss Linda enjoys quilting, and Miss Susan enjoys photography. Both of them bring warm smiles and enthusiasm to the classroom. Your children will love meeting them. |
Miss Carla and Miss Karen
Miss Carla and Miss Karen are a dynamic duo. As experienced grandmothers and Bible class teachers, telling Bible stories and sharing God’s love is in their comfort zone. Both ladies enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren. Miss Carla works as a teacher at the Neosho Christian School and Miss Karen is a retired nurse. They are ready to welcome your children to VBS. |
Miss Julia and Miss Bethany
These two fun ladies are excited for VBS. Miss Julia enjoys working as a school librarian and the rest of her time she spends in service to others. “Be like Julia” is a secret motto many of us have. Miss Julia also enjoys her time as a wife and mother. She grows beautiful produce and make delicious food for friends and family. Miss Bethany is also a champion of behind the scenes work. She does nothing for show, but you often hear about her helping hand from those who’ve been blessed by her. When she is not working, Miss Bethany enjoys time with her hockey-loving husband and her sweet dog Rizzo. Miss Julia and Miss Bethany will bring smiles to your child’s face. |
Adult Experience
Enjoy some focused time in God's word along with other parents and adults of our church family.
Organized by our minister, Danny Boggs, our lessons will be brought to us by men in our church family who are relatable and know what it is like to raise a family in today's world.
Classes will be available for children under 4 years old so you can enjoy this time without any distraction.
This is a great time to meet new friends and understand more deeply where our help comes from.

Teen Experience
|
Our teens look forward every year to VBS because our youth and family minister creates a fun, interactive experience for them.
Each night the teens will travel to a new (safe) experience for their lesson application. Our teens will follow the same lesson outline as the rest of our classes to create a united family experience. A sticker badge will be given out each night. We know how much those teens love stickers for their water bottles and laptops. |
